I am waiting for my content to arrive. What's taking so long?
Most downloads are delivered to your phone in less than 3 mins. But sometimes it can take up to 24 hours, as your order is sent by text message, so if your phone company is very busy the message can get delayed.


I received the message, but I can’t find it now, what shall I do?
It is recommended to download your order as soon as you get the message. If you need to find the message again, here is where to look:
Nokia 7650, 3650, 6600, N-Gage, 3230, 6670, 7610, 6630, and 3660: Your message inbox
All Other Nokia Phones: Menu, Services, SERVICE INBOX
Sharp Phones: When using WAP press the GREEN key, and then go to ALERT INBOX.
Sony-Ericsson: Messaging then WAP PUSH
Other Phones: Open the WAP browser and click the menu key and select push inbox

I received a text message with a URL, what do I do now?
Scroll down and select the URL. If you have a Nokia phone, select options/find/url.

My phone sends an error message when I select the download/retrieve link. Why?
You need to adjust your phone setup for internet access using your phone company. These links will help. If you still have problems, ask your phone company to "OTA" your phone with "WAP and GPRS" settings so you can download ringtones.

First, did you press SAVE? If you didn't, download again. If you did save it, your game will be saved in your Games, Java Games or Applications folder. This is standard on pretty much all handsets.

I still can't get my download to work, what do I do now?
We have a toll-free support number. Please call 1-877-268-8110. If nobody is available, you will be asked to leave a message. We know that everyone hates leaving messages on answering machines, but please leave us your name and mobile number and a tell us what's up. We'll fix it as soon as we can!

I'm a T-Mobile customer and I can't register for the gaming plan, why is that?
Streetunes.com is currently available for T-Mobile customer as well, so T-Mobile customers can now enjoy most of our mobile downloads. Downloading mobile games is not yet available for T-Mobile customers, however this will change in the near future and we will be happy to notify our customers about it!
